What is a family?
This week, we brainstormed ideas relating to family as a lead-in to our first Unit of Inquiry: Personal Meanings. We talked about what makes a family, what we feel when we are with our family, and some celebrations we have with our family. Everybody was excited in sharing their ideas.

Sneaky Chameleons in Art this week:
Using various art materials, we turned these plain cardboard pieces into colorful ones.
Grade One Assembly
Also this week, we gathered for our first Grade 1 assembly. Mr. Campbell, Ms. Anissa and Mr. Steve talked about our expected behaviors in the Kantina. We really enjoyed singing the ISM Dispositions Song with our friends and teachers. Check out our video. Enjoy!
First Week!
Welcome to our class blog! This week we have been focusing on exploring our new environment and forming a class community. We decided on a name: The Sneaky Chameleons! Look how proud we are, and what a great class we make together!
